At Tara Sartoria, each piece is carefully handcrafted from the finest silk in the tradition of timeless luxury. We want you to feel absolutely wonderful in what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find the perfect fit.


Exchanges – Our Preferred Option (U.S. Only)

We’d love for you to find a piece that’s just right for you. If the size or color isn’t perfect, we are happy to offer free exchanges for orders within the United States.

We’ll email you a prepaid exchange shipping label so you can send the item back at no cost. Kindly note that the item must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from scents, stains, or damage.

Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Final sale, custom, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges are a wonderful way to reduce waste and ensure you end up with something you truly love.


Returns (U.S. Only)

We offer free returns with no restocking fee, but as a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

If your original order included free shipping, your refund will reflect the item cost minus the original shipping expense, unless the return is due to a defect.


International Orders

We are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

As a small artisan brand, we handcraft each piece with care and ship globally from our U.S. workshop. Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, customs handling, and returns logistics, we’re unfortunately not able to offer the same return flexibility outside the U.S.

We deeply value our international customers and do our best to support sizing and product questions before you order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance—we’re happy to help you choose the perfect piece.


Free Gifts & Promotions

If your order included a free gift and the return reduces your order below the qualifying threshold, we kindly ask that you return the gift.
If you choose to keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
