Exchange And Returns Are Free, And Easy With Us!
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start a return, simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your receipt or order number so we can verify your return eligibility. We will email you a US domestic prepaid return label that you can use to send the item back to us. We regret that international orders will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will send you the return label and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret that custom-made items made to your specific measurements can not be returned.
Exchanges are easy. Just let us know and we'll send you a pre-paid label to return the unwanted item, and we'll ship out the exchanged item to you.
As soon as we receive the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
