I had the most amazing experience with Tara Sartoria! I ordered this robe for my mom and mother-in-law to wear while getting ready on my wedding day, and they were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made this purchase special was Tara herself. Her customer service was beyond exceptional — she was incredibly responsive, genuinely kind, and made the entire process feel so personal.

I wear this everyday, i don't know how i lived without it. Recommendation is to wash as recommended asap, it really softened up for me.

I bought two pair of the Artisan silk shorts to use as boxers. I am 6' 4" tall and weigh 200 lbs and my waist is more narrow so finding garments to fit can be difficult. I prefer actual boxers and the longer inseam of the artisan silk shorts are perfect for me. The size medium fits great. I have not had them long but they seem to be very high quality. Also I had a concern about one half of my order because it was shipped separately and Tara addressed the concern right away and was very considerate and polite.

I now have three pieces (all black): men’s long-sleeve shirt, shorts and pyjama trousers. All are easy to care for, travel compactly, and are extremely well made and comfortable. As Tara herself points out, the only downside, if it even is one, is that silk doesn’t stretch. That doesn’t bother me in the least - the items all fit comfortably and loosely. Imfind them “true-to-size” (I’m 6’3”, 210lb and the XL fits perfectly). If in any doubt about sizing, just send Tara an e-mail with all your dimensions- she will steer you tomthe right size or have a custom fit made.

My husband LOVES this robe that I gave him, and he looks wonderful in it. Tara let me know about this new item, as the robes for men were only short ones when I ordered. The personal touch to get just what he wanted was much appreciated!

My husband loves his new robe because it feels silky smooth against his skin. I (an amateur seamstress) notice the detailed workmanship on the three (3!) pockets and seams. The silk has some heft to it. This is a serious, bespoke garment -- slow fashion at its best.

I have been looking for a silk robe and this one is perfect. I’m 5’9 and a size 14/16. Got the XL, which fits perfectly. The material is high quality and the rose color is beautiful. It has pockets and internal ties. It does have some extra ties on the outside that I don’t really understand, but I think it’s so you don’t have to use the belt. The seller personally responded to a question via email and was very helpful. This item should last a lifetime and was well worth the price. 10/10 recommend!

This pillowcase is excellent quality! The silk is amazingly thick, the color is beautiful, and the seams are flawless. I can tell that a lot of love and care went into it. I know my daughter is going to love it!

i’m 5 feet two and a size small fit me perfectly. This is the first silk robe I have bought for myself. It is excellent quality and so comfortable! Over the past 5 years, I’ve purchased just about every brand of silk pajamas there - and these BY FAR are simply the best quality in every aspect.The silk itself begs belief as to how thick and soft it is (it feels twice the weight of the more expensive established brands), it is not transparent, it flows beautifully.The craftsmanship & stitching is truly top notch, with full French seams throughout ensuring longevity.This particular design is also wonderful, having the full leg bottoms with an elasticated comfort fit waistband AND a quality silk drawstring if needed, also they have functional POCKETS!. A lovely lighter top, over the traditional button down design, slips on and off with ease is perfect for warmer evenings (or warmer persons!).There is also a silk bag to store them in, which has proven very useful when traveling.I believe they also came with a pretty silk hair accessory, ample information on quality and care, along with a warm, personal note from the owner herself.I wish Tara the absolute best in her business ventures. The robe is 100 percent Mulberry silk it is breathable. It came in a silk bag with a scrunchie you can move around easily it is lightweight. Looks elegant. Great for a gift.

Washed and steamed up just fine. No shrinkage after washing occurred. Really comfortable and relaxing to wear.
