Personal Sizing Help

Start with your normal US size; the fit is relaxed.

If you want a second opinion, send Clara your measurements and what you usually wear. She'll tell you which size she thinks will fit best.

If none of our standard sizes is right, we can also make custom sizes.

When You Write to Us

Clara handles customer care herself.

You will not be passed through a chatbot or call center.

She handles questions about sizing, shipping, exchanges, returns and custom orders and normally replies within one business day.

Exchanges and Returns

On US orders, exchanges are free within 30 days and we send the replacement at no additional cost.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with no restocking fee. For returns, outbound and return shipping are the customer's responsibility unless the garment is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
