Caring for Your Artisan Silk
❌ Never use detergents with enzymes – they dissolve silk fibers.
❌ Avoid hot water and tumble drying.
❌ Do not wash with heavy or rough fabrics.
Each piece is handmade from heritage mulberry silk. Treat it gently, and it will reward you for years to come.
Your luxury silk is washable — simply follow these steps:
1. Use baby shampoo or silk-safe, enzyme-free detergent.
2. Turn garment inside out and place in a mesh bag.
3. Wash separately, in cold water, on a delicate cycle.
4. Hang to dry in the shade (avoid direct sun).
5. If needed, steam or iron inside out while slightly damp.
Tip: Silk is like fine wine — care for it properly, and it only gets better with time.
