On the opening page, was a lovely presentation of the company’s line of Artisan Mulberry Silk Pillowcases. Immediately I knew what I would be trying next. I imagined what it would feel like to sleep on silk, not just any silk, but, as they explain in the section About Our Silk, “27 Momme silk which is over 50% more silk than the 19 Momme silk often used for mass produced silk garments.” I ordered one white pillowcase on the spot.

Oh, my! What an experience, resting your weary head on so much pure unadulterated silk! You feel no friction when you move about. You glide! 27 Momme silk is quite cool to the touch. Embarrassingly, I wished I had had this pillowcase when I was suffering my hot flashes long, long ago.
